Should i stop playing on lichess or not?

youre only 14 years old, you will still get so much better if you keep playing !!!
Dude, a learned how to move pieces on my 15th birthday :-)
Today, I am 35 and a Candidate Master :-)
taking a break is a good idea, get your mind off the tilt. go take a walk, or watch tv, or relax, just overall have fun for some time. when you come back to chess, you will have a clearer mind and be in a much better mood. worked for me :D

Don't be disencouraged by such simple things. Ratings always drop and rise again like strong waves. If you want to get better ratings, you need to work to improve. About your team... you can always find better ones. So my suggestion is: take a break for a while and relax. Then try to improve and come back to chess.
thank you everyone, I read all of your opinions and you gave me power. Thank you a lot !!!

Don't stop playing chess. Rather give a break to chess. You badly need relaxation. Also, don't play games at a stretch and continuously as it won't help you in any way. You need to be calm. Rest is just normal as you wil regain your form soon. All the best!
Don't migrate to cheesecom. Lichess have zero ads, better chess game interface.
