too much abuse

There's far too much abuse. Please implement measures that reward players that behave and punish those that don't. Carrot & stick. The most egregious offense is of course letting the clock run out as soon as your opponent achieves a plus. Another form of abuse, and this is actually more a matter of sportsmanship and etiquette is refusing a rematch when you just had a dubious win. This could probably be dealt with via just incentives rather than a punitive element.
Players that behave are punished. But it is hard to reward players that bring positivity since everything is free and available to everyone.
Wopsi. I meant to say that players that misbehave are punished.

People have the right to decline a rematch. Manya time I find that I do not want to verse a player forever, and I especially do not like to verse people who insult me once I decline their rematch.
Agreed, you have no idea what time pressure our opponent might be under and so the refusal of a rematch should not be looked down upon.
It is very rare that I rematch immediatly.
Generally, after a game, I launch a computer analysis and I take a look quickly to my mistakes (and blunders 😆).

But, I invite my opponent to follow each other to rematch more easily in the future. It could be 2 hrs later or another day.

So I can say I "never" rematch right after a game and I don't think that make me a rude player.
