Hello all,
At first, thanks to developers and supporters of the largest fully open-source chess server.
I think it would be useful to support multiple types of notation (although SAN is most widespread and is the only one supported by FIDE), especially LAN (long algebraic; 1. e2-e4 e7-e5 2. Ng1-f3 Nb8-c6 3. Bf1-b5 etc.) or maybe even descriptive (1. P-K4 P-K4 2. Kt-KB3 Kt-QB3 3. B-Kt5 etc. Despite I'm Russian (and in Russia, descriptive notation was never used), I don't think that DN is hard) and allow the user to select his/her favourite one from Preferences (similar to PGN piece notation).
Thanks in advance,
