I stopped eating sugar and I started blundering ?!

This happened to me as well. As a low level chess player I already blundered a lot, but after stopping the consumption of sugar I started blundering important pieces in the beginning of the game.
the GMs don't want you to know, but you only get good at chess if your diet consists of at least 95% sugar
but of course other ingreedients are important as well
oil to keep the engine runing and chilli so your burning desire for chess wont deminish
Reminds me of an anecdote about GM Rosendo Balinas consuming a lot of honey during a game.

This game is Rosendo Balinas vs Jeremy Silman, 1979, California.
#1 You are denying your brain fuel because you care more about your physical appearance. What did you expect?
your abs won't get visible if you stop eating sugar lol
Sugar and Water come together to help boost your Intelligence and Strength. If you stop it for a month, you will be the "GM Of Blundering". So it is good to eat it one or twice in a week. Sugar is actually a type of Carbohydrates!
Hope it helped!
