PLAYING EXPERIENCE
Chess.com-10/10 Lichess.org-9/10 Chess.com and Lichess are the most popular chess websites in the world today. Chess.com has more players and is very easy to get a pairing regardless of your rating. In lichess, it is slightly harder to get a pairing at 2500-2600 and above. However, both of these websites are an excellent choice for playing.
CHESS PUZZLES
Chess.com-8.5/10 Lichess.org-10/10 In puzzles, Both websites have a database full of puzzles with lichess being a little more well organized. Chess.com had puzzle rush and battle, lichess has puzzle storm, racer and streak. However, I gave Chess.com 8.5 because you need to pay for the membership to get unlimited puzzles, while Lichess is completely free.
CHESS VIDEOS
Chess.com-10/10 Lichess.org-9/10 Again, both of these websites are good choice for learning from videos. However, I feel chess.com is better cause there are so many videos to choose from, it is better organized and even if you dont pay, You get a video free every week.
CHESS ANALYSIS
Chess.com-10/10 Lichess.org-10/10 Here, both websites are great but chess.com has a better analysis according to me. If it was free, I would have given Chess.com a 12/10 or something. Lichess analysis board is great too and its free, so I gave it a 10/10
Price
Chess.com-7/10 Lichess.org-10/10 This is the moment where Lichess wins. Clearly, Lichess is a free open-source project while Chess.com is pay to get the best features.
SUMMARY
I think that there is only one thing to say. If you can get diamond membership on chess.com, then Chess.com is the overall better website. If you cannot, then I would advise to play on lichess more frequently. However, I would recommend playing on both websites to get the best experience.
