Very recently the chat window seems to be broken in the web version (still fine in mobile.)
The chat window is there, but there is no text-entry widget, and no "HI", "GL", etc. shortcuts. The Notes tab is selected now by default.
I have no idea if this is related, but it happened to me recently about the same time I seem to have somehow entered into blind-player mode. I noticed this lack when I switched off blind mode. It may be coincidence, of course.
I can't find any settings related to chat, but perhaps I'm missing one.
