Thought this was one of the more interesting titled tournaments because of Andrews insane pace for most of the first hour. He was flirting with a 3400 performance rating at some points. Was interested to see if alireza would match him but looks like Andrew was not to be denied. Always love to see Magnus play, but if he doesn't Im not upset and we should give him respect if he chooses not to participate.

Magnus is no longer favourite to win against field he is just scared: too old, rusty and lacks top bullet skills to win scrambles against best flaggers and not much to win for him can only lose in this tournaments.

Maybe I should take the words back. I think Zhigalko was really ahead of Sarin at this tournament, both in their games and in their performances. I sprinkle with ashes.

@schlemazel Sexist against the men, you mean. They weren't "separated", if they'd achieved top 5 they would have been listed there. Instead they're being recognized just because they're women. I'd love being celebrated (and possibly given money) for some irrelevant factor. Thank you very much, I'd like to be mentioned alongside Andrew Tang for being the top performing 21 year old male wearing khakis and slippers.

Magnus played bullet and hyper bullet recently VS Tang and others, and he dominates rather easily, Tang admits it right away, it’s obvious from the first few moves that Magnus has him outclassed, they played a bunch of 45 second games, and Magnus basically adopted him and then relaxed and it was just fun and even from there on, but Magnus ended at like +20 games on Tang.
