Using the broadcast board to cheat during a game

It occurred to me a short time ago that it might be possible for someone to use a broadcast board, inputting alternate lines to use the computer to cheat while playing a game.

One person mentioned to me a few days ago that he check my moves while playing and accused me of cheating. I thought about and wondered how he checked my moves so quickly since he was playing also. Needless to say, I wasn't cheating, but how did he accomplish that feat?

Possibly by using a broadcast board, starting from move 1 and inputting an alternate variation -- the one currently being played in the game? Okay. There could be a multitude of other ways, but should lichess prevent itself from being used to cheat?
lichess prevents such stuff - they check if someone uses analysis board for the game that is in progress.

Anyhow, cheaters don't live long, so forget about it :)
The analysis board is different from a broadcast board. In this case, it is just to turn on the engine and choose a side variation from move 1.
If lichess's cheat detection only checked for their analysis board and the best variation, it would be awful. Thankfully, it isn't.
Cheat detection is not a simple science, but what is simple is preventing the obvious use of the broadcast board during games. It is a no brainer to me.
