Chin ups: easy
Pull ups: not so easy, but can do
Pushups: easy
Diamond pushups: don't know what these are
Dips: Not sure either
Sit ups: easy

Dunno about those, but I can do pushups with no hands, not sure if you've heard about those yet. They are called the muscle builders.

I'm very sedentary these days, so I'm not very strong.

Thanks. I actually did it for 5 days because of detention. I seriously am a person in my school who hits people and get detention.
