Echoes from the past : puzzle solving with a little help from David Bronstein

ChessPuzzleTactics
Trying to solve a puzzle today and having a difficult time. Then suddenly a flash from the past, and everything was crystal clear

Initially I had a hard time solving this step 6 puzzle from the steps method site. I saw that the back rank of black was not in the best shape but no direct win, and suddenly I got distracted as I thought that black could sacrifice on f2 and should that worry me ? Black obviously has a pinned knight, and the bishop on b4 could use a better square but how to proceed and win with white ?

White to move and win.

Then after a while suddenly I had to think about this famous game, Mikenas - Bronstein from 1965 :
And then I found the solution of the puzzle.

Black to move and win.
