Engine doesn't load all the time

I have this issue too on Brave browser windows 10, however, I have an unstable internet connection (I know because several other things in my web browsing don't load perfectly). So sometimes engine loads in like an instant and sometimes takes it very slow, like now 5.8MB have been laoded, now 5.9, now still 5.9, now 6.2, etc and might take a minute to load. Also, I hadn't have this happen to me quite so often before, but again, also didn't have unstable connection.
