that's like saying if you don't want to lose very many points every time you lose then just lose 20000 games in a row so that you have a rating of 10. Then you'll probably get + 1 point even if you lose against a strong player

No; saying this shows that you do not understand how the Glicko-2 rating system work. Read Fenris1066's first post and the FAQ question linked in the one after to get an understanding.
