Feature Request: Per-variant ratings range filter / relative rating filter

Hi,
I've noticed that I have different ratings in different chess variants,
which is really annoying when filtering or creating games:
The filter for games always uses the same rating range
regardless of the requested variant and so does the create-game window.
That means that every time that I want to play in a chess variant which is not the one I played last (even if its blitz<->classical),
I need to adjust this range.
It would be really nice if it would be possible to control
this range for each variant separately or even simpler,
if the ratings filter allowed to use relative ratings (-150..+150).

Thanks!

a checkbox to make it "adaptive" to your selected time control/variant rating is a good idea

What have different ratings in different chess variants got to do with the filtering or creating game? If your rating in blitz standard chess is bbbb, do you want it to be equal with your rating in crazyhouse for example?

they want to play only with players similar in rating to them, and having different ratings means the bars need to be adjusted at each game creation

one solution would be to have the software remember all the rest of the selected settings per each variant, another would be to have a selection box that would "adapt" the seek rating to be within a certain range of your own rating
@4,

""" they want to play only with players similar in rating to them, and having different ratings means the bars need to be adjusted at each game creation """

So something like they want a default setting when creating a game.
1. Bullet: my_rating +50/-50
2. Blitz: my_rating +100/-10
.... and so on

If I create a blitz, the system will pull the info from my preferences on blitz. This is a good idea indeed.
