Why wrong translation is come back?

Hi Guys,
I made perfect translation English->Polish few time ago
but I see that some "stupid" phrases like-
e.g-game->partia(political formation) is come back to lichess,
I changed it some days ago(translation Center) but it is still on this site,I will send correct version and I hope that it will be fixed,
Thank You
Maybe a stupid polish translator "corrected" your correct version with the stupid one and the moderators don't know polish and therefore replaced it.
That's the beauty of open source translation. One can go in end enter anything. "Partia szachów" means "a game of chess" in some informal context, so it is not totally wrong, but inappropriate (stilll where did you find it on lichess??). There should be some sort of verification like e.g. you make a translation and it appears only after e.g. 5 or 10 other native language users votes for OK.
I have always wondered what happens if I go in and change translations to a lot of nonsense in order to sabotage. Do the moderators know all these languages enough good to disclose that.

I'm a native swedish speaker and have read through all the swedish text and corrected it to grammatically correct and professional looking swedish. Now I don't think it has any flaws. Is it possible to lock it for further modifications in order to prevent sabotage? Maybe after some swedish mod has approved it.
You're right #3,
I had to be simplified:),
easy->simple
I think that lichess is like li-chess,no li-poker etc,
So,every game is chess-game,It's easy-"game"="gra"
There are many difficult languages so there is no need to complicate translations in my opinion,I'm wrong?
Thank You for answer in this topic
