CR: Add player rating by game desertion rate

YES!
You just helped me clarify my thinking.
While I try not to judge too harshly, the fact is that it IS when their games fail -- when a gentlemen resigns -- is when these clowns walk away and leave us killing time just to get our rightful win credited to us (and not reward their rude behavior by allowing them to steal a "win").

In fact, I've NEVER had an opponent who was winning the game walk-off.
NEVER.
What about a button to click on when a player stopped right in the moment that his game went down by a lot of points? Let`s say he had a good game but just blundered a queen and stopped playing (this happens a lot to me). Clicking on that button would trigger an evaluation of the position before and after he stopped playing. If he stopped exactly after he went from +0.9 to -7.8, for example, he would see a pop-up asking if he is going to keep playing or if he is letting his time run down. This would force him to go ahead and resign, if clicking in "I`m still playing" and not making more moves would make a blinking red remark show up to his opponents before his games started, and ban him from tourneys.
Seriously, I think that anything lighter than this won`t work.
I totally agree with CTC`s #11: I was never wrong when thinking that my opponent would not make another move in the game. Never once. I always guessed right whether I thought that he was just thinking a little longer but would continue playing or that he was not looking at the board anymore and was just letting his time run down. In bullet it`s already bad, but in long time control games it`s much worse.
#12: I have two issues with that. Firstly, the Stockfish evaluation does not happen as the game is being played, and even if it was changed to, there is a horizon effect which prevents it from sometimes seeing really long variations. The other problem is that it would only if they had left to another game, not if they had left Lichess entirely, or disconnected from the internet (whether intentionally or accidentally). I'm all in favor of cracking down on these jerks, but my internet connection is flaky enough that I don't want this to get too crazy
