I don't think bullet is a feasible time control for players focusing on improvement.

if you are trying to improve in chess, do either: rapid, or blitz. This makes sense, you can think and plan at the same time in these time controls. Well bullet is fast thinking, but if you're a beginner you should start with rapid or blitz.
bullet is not even thinking its more intuitive. Even blitz is not suitable for players seeking for improvement to their game. Or maybe at some point when u already know openings and want to reinforce the opening phases. That's just my opinion but the truth is that even in blitz there is not enough time make plans and go thru all tactics. Of course everything is dependable to your rating
Blitz is trash for real improvement though. @german11 is a good example that playing a lot of Blitz doesn't lead to improvement. After 80k games he pretty much has the same rating he started with.

2+1 might be ok, that’s the only way I play „Bullet“.

Blitz is fine as well, that’s what all the good boys do.

Don’t forget to review your games!
Playing a game of some time control, short or long, is not inherently a training exercise. Any time control could be used for training.
Or you could build an algorithm that helps you play chess. I play chess with an algorithm not thinking lol

I agree, the key to improvement is reviewing and patient analysis, something that's hard to focus on if you're playing 20+ bullet games in a row. But blitz is very helpful for me, anything longer, and I'm not really using that time to think anyways.
