Tournament Games

In a tournament when the tournament clock runs out games that are still playing should be allowed to finish or be adjudicated. I was one move from checkmate and winning the tournament but my opponent let the last 2 mins of the tournament run out rather than make his move.

I like this idea. Give the people playing the last game time to finish so there's no incentive to wait the tournament timer out.
