other than when I shake people's hands, I've never squeezed anything. so not when I'm on Lichess

The result is nothing. Losing is an human act, so the game isn't solved
To become a better players...u experiment everything and get a mix results...if u focus just to win and get a good ratings...short cut...you will be a new Hans...
