take backs

It can be quite irritating when people constantly ask for take backs, especially when you play a match which is subject to rating.
I have decided to deny all take backs but consequently I never ask for a take back myself. It´s also a way to force myself to increase my concentration. Is my point of view wrong?
What's the deal with nobody accepting takebacks? Is a meaningless online chess rating really that important?
i accept if it was an obvious misclick. not if it was a blunder tho.
Well concerning takebacks, I only accept them when Im playing Casual games.. it must have no use on Rated ones.. Because who would accept them on a real rated ELO game?? yeah one can accept that when is a friendly game but a rated one.. I really doubt so, unless its some girl or good friend, hehehe naaaah. xD well maybe..
I don't accept takebacks, nor do I expect my opponents to give them to me. Blunders are part of chess when people are playing - take a look at Candidates 2014 as an example - blunders all around throughout the entire thing. =)
Online chess is not OTB. Online chess has its own series of issues, misclicking is one of them. So even in rated games, some may consider is courteous to allow takebacks. It's really up to the individual to decide on what to do.
I do get annoyed by people who will throw temper tantrums and press the request like 20 times until time runs out, but that is what blocking is for
personally i would disable offer take back for rated but the option in preferences is there too.
I consider the tb to be one of the time-wasting tricks of those losing 1 min games... like offering a draw when 10 secs away from defeat :D
