Multiple messages

I understand that multiple messaging isn't used because of spamming; but surely in the case of members of a team it would be a really efficient and effective way of getting the 'teams' actually to mean something and do things.

For example, I have to message each of my team members (75 ish) individually to tell them when the next tournament in our series takes place and give them the link to it. If there was a 'message all team members' button or equivalent, it would save a lot of time and effort.

Is it possible to organise, please? Or is someone NOT connected to lichess able to sort this? :)

Thanks in advance...
Why not post it in your team forum and then delete it once that day is gone?

A personal team alert to a team post would be good to have.
Like when we get posted for the latest updates.
____OP & Toscani: I agree! It is not very sexy, but upgrading messaging & forum features would help create a 'minimal' clutter environment for users... _____(With people moving on & off site, the temporary post is only useful for 'captive' audiences)

Uni... a bit cryptic: might as well be Sanskrit
#2 No one ever looks in the team forum.
#3 I don't have a clue what you mean!

All I wanna do is:

1) Write a short message
2) Press a button
3) It gets seen by the whole team

!!!
We all know that the 'teams' are pretty useless as they are - this simple step might be the first stage in them being useful for something.

One could effectively have an online chess club, or as I do, a competition, where communication is easy and usage is high. I mean, I'm in the 30 seconds + 0 time control 'team' with 43 members - but the last post was 4 days ago. In my own 'team', I'm the only one who ever posts anything. We need communication. Posting is very secondary.
